warm welcome helpful staff caring team ready assistance
the bar staff gave such a warm welcome. i felt cared for. the team was always ready with a smile and assistance.
i found the shower water a bit lukewarm, it was a minor inconvenience.

Functional Stay
heating elements leisure area walking distance
the room was suitable it included two heating elements for drying clothes the leisure area access was beneficial with a pool jacuzzi sauna steam room and gym i found these features quite useful. the location allowed walking distance to the market and nearby coffee spots i thought this was convenient for quick outings. the pool and spa were definite highlights providing relaxation
i observed that the hotel needs better maintenance specifically some paint was peeling off certain areas

the staff at the serving area were lovely and quiet one girl was very friendly always smiling and dancing ensuring a positive atmosphere during meal times she seemed dedicated.

the leisure facilities included a pool jacuzzi and gym all were functional providing good options for relaxation and exercise the equipment in the gym seemed well maintained.

the location was convenient with walkable distance to the market and a coffee place this made it easy to explore the area and access essential amenities without needing transportation the area also offered sufficient parking.

warm pool clean towels spacious room
The pool area had a warm pool. a sauna offered a relaxing experience. clean towels were readily available, very useful. the breakfast room was spacious. It included a lovely cooked breakfast with a wide variety of choices.
the hotel lacks a lift.
